So, I'm current on Battlestar--how that is going to turn out, I don't know but there are only 3 episodes left!
I have 2 episodes of 24 on the DVR, and I'm hoping to watch them tonight.
We're current on Lost, because we watched 5 episodes in the last 2 days. Brent was very happy about that, but now he's sad because we have no more episodes to watch.
I'm current on CSI, and I'm not sure about this new Lie To Me show.
Brent has stopped watching Sarah Connor Chronicles so I'm watching them by myself. I wonder how the Terminators maintain their energy. I mean, are they nuclear powered? You never see them charging like the Borg. I'm just saying.
We still haven't started Burn Notice or Chuck, and we've pretty much decided to not start watching Sanctuary and Fringe, since there is so little time available for TV watching.
Yes, this post is lame.

Still Standing
So far, so good. 2009 hasn't been too bad. No major catastrophes, hardly even minor catastrophes. H and I made a bird house, a bug house, and some valentines day magnets.
H is obsessed with watching Peter Pan. Can I just say that Peter Pan is really obnoxious? I mean, who wouldn't just punch him in the face after being around him for an hour? She likes to watch it because Tinkerbell is in it, even though Tink doesn't talk. H loves the Tinkerbell movie.
Brent and I have tried to watch a movie every Saturday night, which is no small feat, considering his travel schedule. But since we have a projector that works again, we are making the effort. Last week we watched Journey to the Center of the Earth in 3-D. The movie was what I expected--not the best ever, but who cares when you get to look at Brendan Fraser for two hours? The 3-D part was fairly lame, so next time I think we'll watch it in 2-D. I have to pick a movie for the this week. I wonder if H will fall asleep again so we can watch something too violent for a 3-year-old. Yes, I say this even though she watched the new Indiana Jones movie. And yes, she didn't have nightmares, but you never know when they will start. Though she is getting desensitized to violence--her new favorite show is Star Wars: The Clone Wars, which she calls the Puppet show, and she has watched The Clone Wars movie at least twice. Yes, mother of the year, right here. Do I get points for teaching her the Brady Bunch theme song?

More TV and Stuff
So, the crummy times continue. My newest nephew Ry, who is only 1 month old, is in the hospital. They think he might have pneumonia. My mother died from pneumonia. I'm not pleased.
And I still have to unearth my house from all of the empty cardboard boxes and Play-Doh containers that have taken over. And my daughter, sweet little cranky H, just scratched my face with a Disney Movie Rewards movie insert from her copy of High School Musical, while she gleefully says "We can watch this movie forever!" We have been watching this movie forever, hence the DVD. I need the 2 hours off of my DVR. 24 and Battlestar Galatica are returning, and we still haven't started Sanctuary, Fringe, or this season of Sarah Connor Chronicles. But we are down to only 5 episodes of Ninja Warrior, 5 episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and one Supernanny. Which we might stop watching, because H acts up when she sees the naughy children. And I would gladly delete all 5 Phineas and Ferbs. Yes, it's amusing, yes a lot of the humor goes over the head of the children, but when your 3 year old can quote the shows, and you can recite them verbatim, it's time for something new!
Curse you Perry the Platypus!
